Litter bin is constructed from an elliptical container in steel sheet with square holes, pivoted on a double post support in square tube with decorative finial. The two posts are linked at the top by shaped steel sheet hood. Removal of the plastic waste sacks, held in place by the drawn steel ring, is separate from the triangular key locking system which secures the rotation of the container.
